Donald Calloway is CEO and founder of Pine Street Strategies, where he leads the firm’s tax, general congressional advocacy, and media production practices. Don guides the firm’s overall strategic direction while advising corporate, non-profit and political clients on congressional, regulatory, and political climates. Before Pine Street, Don led federal regulatory and congressional affairs at Anheuser-Busch in Washington D.C., having joined the A-B federal group after leading the company’s agenda throughout 10 states. Prior to joining Anheuser Busch, Don was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, while he was also a senior associate in the business litigation practice of Thompson Coburn LLP. At TC he was responsible for leading defense verdicts in federal and state matters for multiple corporate clients in products liability, medical malpractice, and commercial disputes. Don is a frequent contributor to news and public affairs programs on national networks including MSNBC, Fox News, and SIRIUS XM Radio.

Jarrod Loadholt has nearly a decade of legal, governmental and private sector experience working on a bipartisan basis as a lobbyist, attorney and Congressional staffer. Mr. Loadholt began his career in Atlanta as an associate at Troutman Sanders LLP working closely with Democratic and Republican local elected officials throughout metro Atlanta on a broad range of local governmental issues. After leaving Troutman, Mr. Loadholt served as Senior Counsel to the House Committee (“Committee”) on Financial Services where he worked closely with Republican Committee staff on all legislation and oversight matters subject to the jurisdiction of the Subcommittees on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit and Oversight and Investigations. After leaving the House, Jarrod has worked in a number of public policy roles for companies like SolarCity and Tesla in state capitals and in Washington successfully lobbying Republican and Democratic legislators and executive officers on behalf of energy, automotive, financial services, environmental and municipal clients.

Calvin Harris, a seasoned communications strategist and speechwriter, honed a wide range of skills working at respected D.C. firms and national think tanks. Calvin currently manages the public affairs shop for the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) and provides strategy for their (c)(4) affiliate BPC ACTION. Calvin also served as communications strategist for the Council on Foundations, the largest membership association of grant-making foundations and corporations. Prior to the Council, Calvin was press secretary and speechwriter for StudentsFirst a lobbying group founded by education reform advocate Michelle Rhee. Tyler McFadden has served as Pine Street Strategies' Director of Client Services since August of 2016. Her varied tasks include but are not limited to client communications, administrative support, campaign strategy, research, and event planning & support. A native of St. Louis, Tyler has been involved in politics from an early age. She has worked and volunteered on political campaigns at almost every level of government, and is particularly interested in electoral, legislative, and issue campaigns that address the remaining systemic inequalities for people of color and other historically oppressed groups. Tyler moved to Washington D.C. to attend George Washington University, where she earned her BA in American Studies and Sociology, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Political Management. Tyler resides in Southeast D.C. with her husband and their two Cane Corso puppies.

Aaron Agulnek has over a decade of government, policy and campaign experience working as a lobbyist, campaign consultant and legislative staffer. Mr. Agulnek began his career as Legal Counsel for HeadCount, a national, nonpartisan, non-profit, organization that works with musicians to promote participation in democracy in the United States. He continued his career as Legal Counsel to the Assistant Majority Leader of the Massachusetts State Senate, working on a broad range of issues including, economic development, civil rights, and financial services. After leaving the State Senate, Aaron joined the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston as Director of Government Affairs, leading efforts to promote economic development, civil rights and innovative public/private collaborations.He currently resides with his wife and two sons in Sharon, MA.

Van Freeman has worked with State and Local governments in various capacities to implement programs, establish policies, and promulgate rules and regulations. He has overseen the development and coordination of communication and legislative strategy for agencies and departments. He has a broad base of experience in organizational development and change strategy. He has advised senior leadership at federal agencies on strategic fiscal decisions, national programing, and Congressional priorities.
Van launched his path into the administration – and honed valuable campaign and GOTV experience – by serving on Obama’s campaign staff in the battleground state of Ohio during the 2008 and 2012 election cycles. He currently resides with his wife and young daughter in Washington, DC.
